When does construction begin?

Construction is already underway and villas are due for completion quarter 4, 2025

How long does construction of my villa take?

About 6-9 months.

Can I stay in my villa any time?

Yes, you are free to use your home as much or as little as you wish.

Do properties come fully furnished?

Yes, all villas are fully finished with bespoke furniture curated by our inhouse interior design team.

Are there any common area fees that I need to pay?

Yes, there is a fee that is set and paid annually. The common area management and services will be run on a not-for-profit basis. The fee will cover shared services such as security, common area electricity, common area maintenance, etc. The annual budget will be set in agreement with the owners.

Is the property management service mandatory?

No. Should you like to rent your villa out you can choose to manage it yourself, appoint your own property management team or enjoy the ease of our recommended property management service and let us take care of the day-to-day management.

What is the current ownership status of the property?

The properties are currently on a Hak Milik (Freehold title).

What are my ownership options when purchasing a villa?

Upon paying the initial deposit the land certificate will be lodged with a notary and the change of title will commence. All legal ownership options are available to you and you are strongly advised to seek legal advice on which ownership option is best for your circumstances.
