Villas that are finished
Habitat Forest and Habitat Garden are complete, sold out and running as managed rentals. You get to see how the build holds up after people have lived in it.
Habitat Vibe, mid-build
The collection currently selling, on site and open. Steel frame, plumbing, wiring and insulation are all still visible at this stage, which is the only time a build tells you the truth about itself.
The people building it
Matt and Kokom Davis have developed in Lombok for nine years and are on site through every build. Bring the awkward questions about title, tax and cost.

The beaches, the roads, the shops, and what is going up next door. This is the part no photograph settles for you.
